너트와 볼트를 용접할 때 너트 위치불량, 너트 돌기불량, 이종 너트, 너트 역방향, 너트 넘어짐, 모재 없음, 전극 풀림, 모재 위치불량, 너트 부락, 무 통전, 너트 겹침, 모재 겹침, 볼트길이 부적합과 같은 다양한 결함을 용접 전에 1차 검출하고, 용접 후에 용입량이 적정한지를 2차 검출하여 용접 품질을 판단해 주는 장치입니다.

It is a device which detect the faults in nut and bolt welding such as nut mis-aligned, bad nut projection, incorrect nut, reverse feed, fallen nut, no workpiece, loose tip, workpiece mis-aligned, nut missing, no welding, nut overlapped, bolt length incorrect, etc before welding, and check if welding penetration is good or not after welding.
