  1. MCO2 용접 작업 중 노즐 내부에 부착된 스패터를 제거하고, 스패터 부착 방지제를 자동 분사
  2. 용접 와이어 선단을 절단하고, 와이어의 원점과 휨 상태를 파악하여 정확한 용접 라인의 조준과 시작점을 확보
  3. 스패터 부착 방지액을 노즐과 Contact Tip에 자동 분사 도포하여 용접 품질 및 작업 속도 향상

  • 메커니즘 (Mechanism)

본 기기는 3개의 Unit로 구성되어 있습니다

– Spring을 회전시키고, 상하로 구동시켜 노즐 내부를 Cleaning하는 Unit
– Wire 선단을 절단하고, Wire의 휨 상태를 점검하는 Unit
– Spatter 부착 방지액을 분사하는 Unit

  • Torch Nozzle 내부에 점착된 스패터의 강제제거
  • Torch Nozzle Forced removal of spatter inside

 

  • 용접 WIRE의 종단부를 절단하여 산화피막을 제거하고 용접 WIRE의 초기원점을 확인
  • Cut the end of welding WIRE to remove oxide film and check initial origin of welding wire

 

  • 청소를 완료한 NOZZLE 내부에 스패터 융착방지를 위한 방청액 자동 도포
  • Automatic application of rust preventive liquid to prevent spatter fusion inside the nozzle that has been cleaned
